Hi Paul, I wrote about this problem in the past but receive no ack, I was feeling alone... I have an ugly patch that at least prevent the NPE and keep the workspace in working condition. I tried to dig further in the debugger but the eclipse UI code is really hard to follow. You can apply my

Hi gang, If I were still in academia I would jump at this. The trick for me is to have the blessings from upstairs such that we can claim it as a "non-conflict of interest job" and just execute. Even a blessing from upstairs saying it is for the public good, and benefit for the nation, etc.
