This is my first time in the forum. Sincere apologies if I've overlooked
anything written up in the docs or already posted!
I get the same 403 error message when I try to import.
I have an API key from WU, and I assume WU wants it before it will serve
the data, but I can't see anywhere to
it's not showing the correct skin at the moment, I have spent 2 days trying
to get steel gauges to work.
I have got to the stage where data is uploaded but no gauges.
I'm now puting it back to default, cannot afford any more time with steel
gauges not working.

Here is an example. I use WeeWX as a source of rain, wind, temperature, sunrise
and sunset info.
Based on that, shutters will open and close automatically.
But, I need to gage limits for e.g. at which cold temperature we start closing
the balcony door. Or I risk closing a shutter with a cat

I translated the titles. So, ignore the titles. I use the smartphone skin. On
the rain page, there is a graph showing last 30 days of rain.
But lines of text directly under the graph were saying no rain. Graph was
displaying rain history. I do not accept 0 rain on the 1st of the month as

You can certainly do that with Highcharts from the context menu button.
Look here https://claydonsweather.org.uk and select any of the chart links
under the individual sensor modules.
