Hi Matthew
thank you for the detailed explanation.
As I am using the kl.py to survey the climate in my house together with a
heatpump contolled by a solution from https://www.ta.co.at/ each update of
weewx brings some surprizes :-)
But I am still convinced that Keffers application is a very good
ady? A friend

Hello
seems that I am one of the rare users of the kl.py application from Matthew
Wall.
As google does not help me with a solution here my problem.
After the last update of weewx to version 5.0.0.1 kl.py fails importing the
driver:
the log file reports:
Feb 6 08:46:44 curlevon
As newbie in Python I need some help:
I managed to install kl.py on an Raspi and it works well with 4 sensors.
My heat pump is controlled by a UVR1611 from Technische Alternative
https://www.ta.co.at
My python scripts reads the wanted data out of the UVR1611 and I added the
needed fields to the
.

Hi weewx-freaks
I am usung the interceptor for colecting weather data from a Renkforce
WH2600, workes fine.
Then I added the electrcity service to display the values of a solar panel
on the same site, works fine.
The WH2600 triggered the electricty script to have the values time
synchronized.
Hi Tom
I am again disturbing you.
As I said I managed it to summarize my energy production with your hint,
but it is still not satisfiying my wish.
Here my code to summarize the production of a month:
#set $month_total=0
#for $day in $month.days
> Note that $week_total will be just a raw number. It would be up to you to
> provide any formatting.

It works great, thanks for your help!
Next task will be upgrading to 3.8.0
Regards and congratulation for weeWX

Hi Tom
thank you for the fast reply.
I added your code to my report, but it summarisez all stored values from a
day, not the last value.
I have to clarify that the logger of the solar panel gives everytime it is
polled the sum of the daily solar production.
The modification of your code, like
Hello
I need help to calculate in a weekly report the sum of energy production
from a solar panel.
The collection of the data works fine with with a selfmade added second
data source as given in the electricity.py exemple.
Now my issue is, that the the solar panels feeds:
the actual voltage:
Hi Gary
thanks for your hint.
It is not as sophistic as that, but it works.
Is it really not possible to define a constant and then draw this instead
of a field of the database?
