I sympathize! The short answer is yes. The main problem is proving the
encyclopedic value of lists of monuments. In order to do this, you
basically need to define monument at the local level. I guess an article
on cultural heritage in Scotland would be appropriate, since National
Heritage

Thanks for your quick answer! I agree, and I think that you can only
succeed if the terms are explained at the local level. So maybe Listed
Building (Scotland) would be the best article to create here. I myself had
trouble when I tried to create lists for Belgium and the term Beschermd
restarting the thread with a correct title now :)
