the target audience would be heritage (monuments) professionals and
volunteers. So what we would probably want to transfer, is enthusiasm for
free knowledge, for collaborating with online movements, for sharing
information. So it would be especially nice to share a story, I think. Not
so much
My ideas about WLM in Russia would be:
- no national register of cultural heritage (we are basically making one
ourselves, and it's at least as good as different 'official' registers
created over the years)
- no freedom of panorama for sculptures (see Italy)

I think a story about Austria might be nice too? Given that it is one of
the most successful countries in terms of coverage?

I think that the fact that after Wiki Loves Monuments we are having Wiki
Loves Everything everywhere is worth mentioning. In the meanwhil we are
loving everything. So, WLM was just the beginning.
