My ideas about WLM in Russia would be:
- no national register of cultural heritage (we are basically making one
ourselves, and it's at least as good as different 'official' registers
created over the years)
- no freedom of panorama for sculptures (see Italy)
- amazing traveling activity of our participants (last year we offered a
special nomination for the maximum number of regions covered; the winner
uploaded photos from 31 regions (out of ~85 regions in total), which is
quite a lot considering the size of the country)
There is likely not enough space to mention everything, but you can
point me to the topic that will be most interesting for the European
readers.
