have not seen anything to suggest there is a genuine problem with the

ensuring region, gender, language, and other things. The candidates were
selected after recommendations of jury members. 24 members were selected
over-all. 1 person could not attend for some reason. So we have 23
participan

Even if all 60 candidates who applied are eligible, they still need to
select 25 people.
Even if only two people are selected from each community, it can easily
fill the 25 seats.
