You must turn hyper-threading off, if you are not using the professional license. Hyperthreading makes your cpu look like a 2 processor system to witango, and it binds to only the first logical cpu. If you want full performance, turn hyperthreading off. If you cannot do this in bios, then e

Until then, if you have access to remote desktop, you can right click on the process in the task manager. From there you can set process affinity to ALL, and it will run on all processors.
