Version 6 is a Java product.
So it will run pretty much the same on both Mac and windows

I run parallels on a macbookpro, and have iis / mssql2005 / wt5.5
running on my xp virtual machine. Works great and with parallels I
even have concurrence so I do not have to switch back and forth
between operating systems.

I think that is correct. There are so many options in the Windows
world and us Mac users are used to being the odd ones out
