I tried to install wpkg 1.2.0 on W2k3 Terminal Server but failed with the
error as the attached image.

Just for the archives. MSI files always come with a silent installation
(if the one who created the package did not hard-code any dialog boxes).
All MSI packages are installed using 'msie
