Instalation of 2009-01-24/WPKG32.msi is broken too...same error, but
32bit version of WPKG client 1.3.6 works fine on XP 64bit

other things are not set correctly for 64-bit applications.

I run it every day on my primary development machine and my Laptop. I am
currently using "WPKG Client 1.3.5_64.msi" ("WPKG Client 1.3.5.msi" for

then stops. The error in the event viewer is for the WpkgService and
simply says Script execution failure.

the new version works great on Windows XP x64 with one exception. It´s
the logon delay window, which should appear on system start to inform
the user, if new software gets installed. If i set the "execution
mode" to "at system shutdown" the message correctly appears. But on

Shouldn't it be possible to use a webserver for sharing the settings,
profiles and so forth, as compared to a file server?
I am not using any domain, and would like to use wpkg over the internet.
According til feature nbr. 8 on http://wpkg.org/WPKG_overview it should be

WPKG Client 1.3.10 has been released.
This is *not* intended for production environments and is designed for
testing purposes only.
It is available for download at http://wpkg.org/files/client/beta/1.3.10/
