Pete, It's possible to key in the serial or usb port manually, using the keyboard.  Use the pulldown list and you will probably see USB listed.  You can type this in yourself in place of USB, but you need to determine first which port the rig is connected to first.  73,Andy, ka2uqw On T

This is using the Flex API to communicate directly to the radio with out the need to use SSDR CAT. ( SSDR CAT provides translation from CAT commands to Flex API. ) Each hamlib 'Slice X' has a different API commands that are slice specific. And they all ( indeed all api's ) go through the radio

QT5 defaults to following the system for displaying text, so whenever a theme uses inverted colors, the splash screen text is invisible. Wrapping the message in "" assures that the text will be visible. The same applies to the checkbox text. Thanks __

Hint to Flex users...    To make life easier in the future.. Set a DHCP ip address reservation for your radio in your LAN router.    Otherwise, the next time you boot up the radio, the DHCP may assign a different ip address and you'll forever be updating the address in WSJT.. AL, K0VM On
