Then, once, I got the following error message while attempting login
(windows10):
Failed to start X2Go Agent session with ID xxx. X2Go Agent terminated

I'm running the Windows client v4.1.2.2. Server is CentOS 8.
I connect and double-click on the row here:

open a session but I can never successfully reconnect to
