Finally getting around to setting up xastir again after a system failure that
caused me to reinstall the entire computer system. It seems I have made some
error in my configuration of the Internet server connection though.

aprsfl.aprs2.net although i notice that the 2 isnt in the rotate.aprs.net
thing so maybe I need to add the 2 into the rotate address?

Assuming the passcode is OK, you probably need to send your position -
you won't get data until you do so.
If you have disable transmit: all or disable transmit: my position
selected on the interface menu, you prevent xastir from sending the
position report that will allow the filter to work.
