yes, I'm faced the same problem with the client autoyast template which isn't
in sync with the new XML DOM shipped with sles15.3.
Sles15.2 client installation are patient, but starting with sles15.3 the
autoinstaller checks the DOM and stops the installation.

There’s a way to automate the creation of the RAID devices with help of the
Dell racadm tool (see sequence) below.
You can use the tool also to set BIOS/UEFI parameters and gather hw/sw
information. Paralelization could be accoumplished with a loop and fork-ed
background processes.
