Folks,
I thought my code was OK, but yesterday I put a Junit Test under ContiPerf
annotiations to stress the zmq link and booom!!! Several problems arose.
On the client side I have:
try {
req = (Socket) socketPool.borrowObject();
I've created an object pool using apache-pool (1.5.4), and I've only been able to implementmakeObject anddestroyObjectmethods as I don't know how to validate if sockets are valid/working or not, and don't know if there's really anything to be implemented in the activate/passivate
frequent socket creation.
jzmq also showed a 4~5 secs blocking at a stress but it resumed again but
jeromq didn't resume after blocking.
I'll looking into this issue further.
Thanks

Dear fellows,
I've successfully built ZMQ (v3.2.2) in a Power 7 AIX 6.1 environment. After
installing the specified prerequisites (automake, autoconf, etc), the only
extra needed step was to force the use of IBM's XLC C++ compiler by issuing the

Sorry, my mistake...I built something else not the zmq java binding.
Still not able to compile it as the ./configure doesn't find the zmq.h file,
but that's not included in the jzmq lib, but in the zmq lib, do I have to copy
those files somewhere else?
