"Psychic foresees sunnier economic times" The experts have no idea when the dot-com gloom and doom will end. Luckily, there is Catherine Katen, psychic reader and healer. Katen pins the troubles on President Bush. "There is a feeling that his focus is more toward old business, rather than new business," she said.
