Is it just me or is this astonishingly low even for a small city?

Every programmer I know with "advanced <insert any relevant language here>"
is getting their inbox flooded with (deep) six figure offers from head
hunters almost daily. I hope you find someone who either is truly
interested in the work, or desperate to live in Eugene, OR.

May be time to adjust the pay structure, which was "Revised: 02-01-99."

Good luck!
