Hi Bruce - salary starts at $22.37/hour, which is about $46500/yr for full time 
(see classification specification at 
http://www.ous.edu/dept/hr/classification-specs/positions/113). Assuming good 
performance, the employee can expect 7% raises each year until they reach a 
control point of $70668, then 4% raises each year until the reach a top tier of 
$86376. Benefits are excellent and include health, retirement, and reduced 
tuition for staff and dependents. Eugene is a very fun place to live.
