Modern windowses won't accept to browse a Linux server who is using
unencrypted passwords.

Another problem is that the only SMB browser who works in real
conditions (ie
not the ambiental conditions at RedHat or Mandrake headquarters) is
Linneighborhood: I have never succeeded into making Konqueror work and
Gnomba
works only on very small networks (two or three computers).
