NT does not have a built in time sync. They added that utility in the NT
4.0 Resource Kit. Windows 2000 (NT 5.0) does have it built in.

Adding them to the "Power Users" group will allow them to share folders (and
printers).

don't you have admin for each system?

script it into their login, store the login.bat on the server with execute
permissions. USRMGR has a place to set up the reference to the login.bat (or
whatever you call it).

NT has a built in time sync. You just need to configure it.
