Check your Control Panel, it may be there...or it may be a registry
setting. I know that there is a key:

HKLM*|Software|Microsoft|Windows|CurrentVersion|WindowsUpdate|Critical
Update .... There may be something there or look in the Control
Panel|Add Remove Programs and see if Windows Critical Update is
installed (something like that, it's been a while).
