But realistically speaking, is this the type of thing that lawyers are supposedly good at handling? When I need legal advice, I call my lawyer. When I sold and bought my home, I called a realtor. At one time or another I tried doing these things myself. I learned that it's easier/better/cheaper to pay a professional.
