I can see your AV default would have to be modified.
You will need to ensure there is no way that port can be connected
externally (firewalled).
You would want some sort of password set on your Remote-admin program that
users cannot alter, or connect to or sniff out.

I think you really gotta trust your users to go for this solution.

But then even a pebble in the wrong hands can be used to kill !
