What has this to do with port 8080?

Port 8080 is commonly used by proxy-servers, sometimes also by
webservers. Some proxies: squid, wwwoffle, webwasher, junkbuster, some
webservers: Apache, IIS (Internet Information Server, don't use, to much
bugs), Roxen, Boa.
