Alan is right.  When abuse goes on in the home, the first thing to do is 
get out.  Counseling comes after.  Abusers do not belong around other people.

As Alan said, websites aren't going to solve the problem.  Often, an abuse 
victim feels he/she can't get out, can't take care of herself, doesn't have 
job skills, can't find a place to stay, worries about his children, 
etc.  There's help, and Alan provided some numbers, and certainly there are 
local numbers in your area.
