Lately I spend 10 times as much logging in as on line on AOL..
Before contacting AOL, can anyone tell me if it is my problem or theirs???
I keep getting disconnected with the following appearing on the log out
screen.. "Connecton Lost...NO CARRIER received from modem"..
This happens anytime from a minute after loging in to a few minutes after.
It is very disgusting when I am trying to download mail or program and I
loose it all because of a disconnect. Can it be my computer?
Thanks for any advise... I have been with AOL since day one, putting-up
with their problems for years... but enough is enough...
