hi, If you use MW 1.13 together with SMW+ 1.3, you must not overwrite any files of it. You neither must not use the halo extension package. You probably have the wrong version of Namespace.php which causes the error below.
It is best, if you install MW 1.12, SMW and SMW+ (in this order) again to make sure you have the correct version of all files.
