maybe this sounds a little bit confusing:

Of course, not the complete Halo extension is meant in the quotation
above. The Halo extension consists of the core (smwplus-1.3.1.zip) and
an additional extension that patches MediaWiki for further functionality
(smwplus-1.3.1-ext.zip). The latter one might have cause the error, as
Namespace.php is patched by this package. So just try to install the
content of smwplus-1.3.1.zip as Kai suggested.
