Good Afternoon, Re: antibiotic choice, if there is a positive C Diff culture, with oral vanco and IV flagyl ordered, do we also have to give broad spectrum IV antibiotics? My understanding was that we could be more specific with the antibiotic if we had a culture result directing the choice.
