Would you give some thought to how we might break the IMAP work into several
projects of 3 month scope? Looking at the submissions so far, it appears
that several students, although each talking about IMAP are focused on
different aspects of the overall need.
The message store is one. Steve Brewin has indicated the jsieve is waiting
on IMAP, so that tie-in might be another. Others? Protocol implementation,
for example?
So far I count:

Anne S - Management UI
Brent Farrell - IMAP
Umesh J Maitipe - IMAP
Mick Thomure - FASTFAIL
I hope to get some time to reply to a couple of them.
