I'm not sure I have enough time but I'll try to set-up a proof-of-concept
creating an ActiveMQ based SpoolManager/SpoolRepository.
I probably need to setup a throughput test using postal so I would be sure
I'm going in the right direction.

I've to commit my SMIME stuff before :-)
