Why not just start with our own internal memory-driven JMS impl?  Then
if we can find a suitable JMS impl that handles clustering with
adequate performance, it's largely a configuration change?  I'm also
pretty sure that ActiveMQ requires JDK 1.4, and I thought some of the
clustering capabilities required jgroups or some other more
restrictive open source license.
