I think that Phoenix does not have this "pluggability" support.
(Unless it is an hidden option I never found while browsing the code).
FWIW, Plexus (another container born from the Avalon roots and the
current core of Maven2) instead have the concept of dynamic bundle.
Plexus uses the concept of "component metadata discoverers" that can be
used to find new components and their configurations.
