What version of James? "C:\james 3.2.1" isn't a recognized version. And
there have been changes related to spaces in paths.
By the way, reporting this against James won't solve the problem. What you
are describing is a problem inherited from Phoenix, and that is where the
bug really needs to be reported. Otherwise, it will come back the next time
James is upgraded to a new release of Phoenix.
