I don't think James is unique in generating this type of failure response. However, I just wondered if it irritated anyone else as much as it does me?
Particularly annoying ( and, IMHO, stupid ) is the "Sorry it didn't work out." comment. Two questions: 1) Just out of interest, does anyone else dislike the message? 2) Can it be changed at a local level?
