Intentional differences:
- trunk has a released and updated version of Phoenix,
which meant changes to lifecycle interfaces.
- trunk has a redone Ant script
- trunk has some experimental changes that won't be kept.
Unintentional differences are functional things, such as the new list server
in branch_2_1_fcs that isn't in trunk or just bug fixes.

Current ones do, but I actually see the current discussion, heated in some
cases as it may be, as very positive. It indicates a quite high level of
interest in seeing improvement, and I would certainly like to encourage
others to contribute.
