Following recent discussions on the server-dev mailing list, we started a new documentation. [1]
This summer I wrote documentation for the distributed server, but lack the available time to write documentation for the Advanced James Server (akka JPA Guice version of James) [2] . It may subtly differ from your James Spring experience but help would be really welcome on this topic. As I understand you mostly use James as a MTA ? james-smtp (dedicated to mail processing, without mailbox storage) [3] is awaiting <3, and would benefit to be added to the documentation effort ;-) [1] https://github.com/apache/james-project/tree/master/docs [2] https://github.com/apache/james-project/tree/master/server/container/guice/jpa-guice [3] https://github.com/apache/james-project/tree/master/server/container/guice/jpa-smtp Also, even if you do not have time to write some documentation (what I perfectly understand!), a feedback on what is written so far would be appreciated ;-) Best regards, Benoit > -- > David Matthews > m...@dmatthews.org > > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: server-user-unsubscr...@james.apache.org > For additional commands, e-mail: server-user-h...@james.apache.org > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: server-user-unsubscr...@james.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: server-user-h...@james.apache.org
