'Why would POX or REST be OK and SOAP wrong? Remember, SOAP is only a very simple envelope around an XML business message. And still, nothing stops you from still putting (duplicating) certain addressing and other technical information in the business message within the SOAP:Body (as quite a few XML message standards do e.g. OAG, RosettaNet a.o.).
