Not exactly my definition, but I didn't realize I was going to start a
debate on this topic. I don't really want to debate what an ESB is as we'll
probably gain as much consensus as we will debating the meaning of life.
BUT:

   1. CXF has never claimed to be an ESB
   2. I don't think anyone else is referring to CXF as an ESB. Including
clients and users on the mailing lists. And even IONA AFAIK, which probably
has the ESB definition closest to fitting CXF, has never claimed CXF is an
   ESB AFAIK.
   3. We don't want to be an ESB (or at least I and several of the other
developers don't want it to be one)
   4. CXF is primarily focused on supporting web service standards and
JCP standards relating to web services.
