Hey, Rob, Halloween is over... do not witch me. I am just against 'taxation 
without presentation'; declarative participation in SOA is not enough, it has 
to be de facto.

Are you separating "business" and IT?

Are you saying "SOA" is a distinct level of architecture that stands on 
its own?
