Is it really true that "SOA service is not a programme"? I've designed many services and every one of those services have been implemented in software, i.e. they are programs. We also have a map of those services. That map is our high level view of the SOA, so I conclude that our services is part of a SOA. Do you mean that those services is not SOA services because they are programs?
