There's an object in our Expresso Framework called
com.javacorporate.common.dbobj.User that has a method "notify()" that
contains a complete example of sending email via JavaMail. You're welcome to
a copy at http://www.javacorporate.com, download the Expresso source code &
the file you want is in there.
