In my install of Symantec Cafe Expert Edition 4.0 servlets were not included
at all.

You need to add the appropriate jar files to the internal VM classpath
if you want any Servlet support.

Symantec nearly lost my business because of these changes, when they finally
finish their feedback site I am going to give them hell as well.
