Do we need to restart the Servlet runner each and
every time we make some change to the servlet.
Also, if I have my html files in the dir /examples/*.html
then how can i access the html file from the browser.
I tried giving it this way and it gives me an error.
http://localhost:8080/JdcSurvey.html
403 Forbidden
Will not serve files, only servlets
