Hey guys, let me begin by saying i believe that SETI is a wonderful
effort in the search for "otherworldly" existences of sentient beings.
Although reports file in from all over the world in regard to strange
craft and the like, I can't help but believe one of two possibilities:

First:
With the physical improbability of interstellar travel i.e. distance and
time, i believe more and more that perhaps whatever it is we perceive as
alien may have actually always been here with us. Many parts of the
world remain unexplored, such as our oceans and earths crust. This would
explain many scientific anomalies in and around the top several miles of
crust. Also, looking through reports dating back many years, there's
been a common thread of reports of crafts entering and exiting large
bodies of water all over the world, USO's and the like. The very nature
of our planets birth is one of high probability. For any planet to
evolve as ours did and is, just look at the variables. If we were just
feet closer or further from our star, we wouldn't support life. If the
primordial soup hadn't mixed in such a way it couldn't support even the
smallest, most simple forms of life. I firmly believe that, even with
the billions upon billions of galaxies throughout the universe the odds
of another planet sharing all the variables which allowed us to "be" are
too remote to question. This of course would lead us to question high
technology and space travel within another community(alien), if they so
existed, that would allow one to travel vast amounts of space and time.
The laws of physics apply to the universe complete. We must adhere to
these laws as anyone else would. It's just not physically possible to
traverse such distances.

Second:
These sightings and what have you are of human origin. We all know how
secretive and distrustful government agencies have to be in regard to
national security. There was a time when we actually believed the great
pyramids were constructed by alien biengs, we now know that is untrue.
Also was the time we believed that crop circles were of paranormal
origin, this we also discovered to be untrue. It seems to be our nature
to question, to learn and to fear. We consistently have underestimated
the knowledge of our primitive ancestors time and time again. This leads
me to believe that all high tech craft seen are of human origin, our
technology leaps by the minute, it makes perfect sense. Not to mention
the guile of our governments; they realize these things and cause
confusion and feed mis information. People would much rather fantasize
of alien beings than realize their government is spending billions upon
billions in military projects. This misinformation insulates the
government against question and keeps the game of national security and
national defense as a guessing game (thus preventing actual
confrontation). It has, through military and NSA contacts that most of
these craft are unmanned drones which have operated for close to 60
years.

Anyway, i think SETI is great, and i truly hope to be proven wrong in
the quest for extraterrestrial life.

Thank you
