There is talk in the scientific community of utilizing light i.e lasers
to send information at a hign rate throughout our galaxy, this would
surely narrow down any possibilities of alien life. Not to make this a
discussion board, but with all our paranoia and satallite spy games
wouldn't we have "noticed" something by now? especially when so many
truly believe ships hang around in our orbit.
