I see a lot of "undefined symbol: menu_proxy_module_load" warnings in your 
client log, maybe try installing
appmenugtk and/or appmenu-gtk3 and confirm if this at least gets rid of those 
warnings?

I am able to register a callcentric account and call their "Tell me" service, 
at this #:
17771234567

Maybe try backing up your existing .config/sflphone/sflphoned.yml file and 
creating a new account from the wizard?
