I tried this and I now appear to have a working client. I was able to receive a call from "click2dial" and I also placed a call to the "tell me" test number as well. Given you had posted your number I tried a call to it as well, which appeared to work but wound up with a "407 forbidden" after a few rings. I assume it tried to forward me to a non-existent voice mail after attempting to reach you unsucessfully. I will do a bit more testing later, but this appears to be working properly now for me.
