Be careful not to waste your time on the full one-pager form for ARC.
The ARC doesn't want to see much of it, such as the business
justification and competitive analysis, and it's irrelevant for
OpenSolaris as well - some parts of Sun want it for their internal
review, but the Solaris organization has mostly done away with it.
